We ship our products to many countries across the globe, and your order is fulfilled based on your location & the products ordered. We have manufacture/fulfilment facilities in the Midlands - UK, Barcelona - Spain, Riga - Latvia, Los Angeles & North Carolina - USA and Toronto - Canada. We always try to fulfil your order from the nearest facility to your location for the fastest possible shipping times, however this is dictated by the items selected within your order and stock levels. If a particular item is unavailable at the nearest facility to your location your order is automatically routed to the nearest facility with the stock required to produce & fulfill your order.

Please be aware that good received from outside the UK over £135 are typically subject to a customs charge which is based on the value of the parcel. We have no control over this, and is set by the Government.

Orders for clothing are typically dispatched within 7 days, All orders for Dog training equipment and accessories are typically dispatched within 3 days (depending on the time & day the order is placed), equipment orders are fulfilled from our facility in St Helens - UK. 

Orders containing items of training equipment AND apparel/merchandise will be dispatched separately.

Any claims for damaged/defective or misprinted goods must be submitted within 7 business days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you have an issue with any products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report or email unleashedk9store@europe.com BEFORE returning any items to avoid any delays. 

We will always do our utmost to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you enter your address correctly in the correct fields, to ensure there are no unnecessary delays receiving your order.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility from where it was dispatched. You will then be liable for the re-shipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). You will receive tracking information via email when the order has been dispatched.

Keep your eye on the tracking info & Please ensure the package can be delivered on the day to avoid your parcel being returned to sender and delaying your receipt of order.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to underwear, swimsuits, face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. We also do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Many of our items are produced to order in the model, size & style of your choice, we therefore encourage all customers to check sizing and fitting guides prior to completing your purchase. Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
